Could have been the pump that was not calibrated correctly or the heat since I am in Miami. Anyway, I wanted to exchange the stroller for another one and, for the first time, went through the Amazon Return Center. What a nice experience! The only thing I had to do was print a barcode and re-pack the product in its original box. Amazon scheduled a pre-paid shipment pick up, and I had to pay $0. While all this happened, Amazon shipped the exchange product and whithin 5 days, I had the new product and returned the defective one. <br />The good thing is that I purchased the stroller directly from Amazon, and not at the Amazon marketplace. The peace of mind of their return policies makes it easy to decide what to purchase. <br />Thanks Amazon! Initially, we loved this product. Recently, our daughter had one of the red rings on the harness straps lodged in her throat (there are 3 rings that dangle in front of the occupant). This plastic ring cut off all oxygen and she was choking. The red rings are slightly larger than the size of a quarter and are used to tighten the harness straps. Our daughter turned a shade of deep purple before we successfully removed the ring allowing her to breathe again. We were terrified, and thankfully our daughter was not seriously injured. When we contacted BOB to alert them of the problem, they blamed our 5-month-old baby. We have filed an official complaint with the Consumer Product Safety Commission and asked they investigate this product. Please, for the safety of your children, take a pass on this product.
