My child slumps over in it. It is not secure at all!!! I am afraid to put him in it. Go for the Britax, it may be expensive, but worth it!!!

This seat cannot be installed rear facing correctly. Our daughter nearly tipped over in it. Also the head rest pushes her head into her chest and the shoulder pads are so bulkly that no matter how tightly you adjust the shoulder straps she can still wiggle out of the seat. She is so uncomfortable that she cries every time we go somewhere. We have had to put her back into her carrier seat since we have returned this one and are now shopping for something else. This seat is dangerous…DO NOT BUY!

the car seat looks great i havent put it in yet. the shipping was very fast. i ordered it friday and got it tuesday and that was standuard shipping.

I received this model, and the sage green and plaid model for my baby shower. I think these car seats are the most dangerous car seats on the market. Today, my 20 month old was able to undo the buckle and jump out of the Eddie Bauer car seat, and stand in the back of my car waving. The straps are extremely hard to fasten and for my child to be able to undo them that easily, really scares me. It is impossible to get this car seat into a car without the built in tether straps that are installed in all new cars. Luckily, I just got a new car and it is equipped with this LATCH system. Otherwise, the seat belt method makes the car seat (this car seat) fly all over the place.
Just because it has Eddie Bauer on it, does not mean its a good product. I’d stick with Britax.

This is a great car seat at a great price! I ordered two (one for each car) on Friday and by Monday had them both delivered to my husbands office! We actually purchased the same car seat from Target (different color) for $119.00 and took it back after I found it on Amazon.
